Urgent Note:
On 02/02/2012 we experienced a major hardware failure which caused us to have to move all of our customers from their original hosting/email/database platform to a new platform. The new platform is has many more features and is up to date with current industry standards.
Details concerning migration for customers that were effected:
1. Customers will need to re-setup their pop3 accounts / aliases / forwarders
2. Customer using specific cgi/perl/php scripts which have file paths will need to re-configure the path to their files in their scripts.
3. Customer's using mysql will have to re-configure their mysql database name/username/password.
We can import their database into the new database without loss of data.
4. Customers will need to re-setup their pop3 accounts / aliases / forwarders
5. When accessing your account via ftp you will now upload your site's content files to the public_html
directory.
